Social Media Expert

Volunteer Web Service is a website agency based in Middle Tennessee, specializing in helping local businesses build a strong online presence. We’re currently seeking a Social Media Expert to join our team!

This is a remote, part-time position offering a base salary plus commission. The ideal candidate is highly connected with local community groups in Middle Tennessee and passionate about leveraging social media to drive engagement and growth for our agency and clients.

Content Creation & Management

• Develop engaging, creative, and high-quality content for various social media platforms.

• Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Community Engagement

• Actively engage with local community groups and online forums to promote Volunteer Web Service and its clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local influencers, business owners, and community members.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Design and implement social media campaigns to boost brand visibility and generate leads.

• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze key social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns.

• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to optimize social media presence.

Client Collaboration

• Work closely with clients to understand their goals and tailor social media strategies accordingly.

• Provide expert advice and recommendations on social media best practices.

Qualifications:

• Past experience in social media management, preferably with local businesses.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for community engagement.

• Familiarity with Middle Tennessee communities and local business dynamics is a plus.
